Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Free UK shipping on every order — no minimum. International orders ship free over £65; below that, a flat rate is shown at checkout.
How quickly is my order dispatched?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on the way.
How long will delivery take?
- UK: 2–4 working days
- Europe: 7–12 working days
- Outside Europe: 15+ working days
Times are estimates from dispatch and can vary with customs during busy periods.
Will I get tracking?
Yes — every order is tracked. Your tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships.
Which countries do you ship to?
The UK, all of Europe, and the United States. Duties/taxes for international orders are the customer's responsibility where they apply.
Returns
What's your returns policy?
We accept returns on faulty or defective items only. Items that have been worn, washed or used are not eligible, and we don't offer returns or exchanges for a different size — please check the Size Guide on each product before ordering. Return postage is covered by the customer.
My item arrived faulty — what do I do?
Contact us via our contact page within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the fault, and we'll send you return instructions.
Do you offer size exchanges?
No — we don't offer returns or exchanges for a different size. Every product has a Size Guide with full measurements and the model's height and size worn, so you can get the right fit first time.
Who pays for return postage?
Return shipping is covered by the customer.
When will I get my refund?
Once your faulty item reaches us and the fault is confirmed, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Sizing & Fit
How does PRODEN fit?
Our pieces are cut oversized and relaxed by design. Every product page has a Size Guide with measurements and the model's height and size worn — check it before you order.
I'm between sizes — what should I pick?
For the intended oversized look, take your normal size. If you prefer a closer fit, size down one.
Where do I find measurements?
Open any product and tap Size Guide — you'll get the full measurement chart plus a model reference photo for that exact piece.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay for one-tap checkout.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter it in the discount code box at checkout and the total updates instantly. One code per order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We pack fast, so contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do our best to catch it before it's dispatched.
