1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following locations:

United Kingdom (domestic shipping)
International destinations (additional charges may apply; see below for details)

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

UK Orders: 3-5 business days.
International Orders: 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.

4. Shipping Costs

UK Standard Shipping: £4.50 or free for orders over 80£
International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Proden Limited is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

8. Customs and Duties (For International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check your country’s import policies before placing an order.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect), we will notify you. Reshipping the package will incur additional shipping fees.
