a. Before Dispatch

  • If the order has not been dispatched, you will receive a full refund.

b. After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • You may return the item after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
